Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) to help build a high performance, secure and robust trading
system. The CIO will be primarily responsible for
(i) Site Reliability Engineering, (ii) Cyber Security (iii) Blockchain and Wallet Infrastructure.
A large element, perhaps the major element, of this role is about technology development and a smaller
component of this role is about operational readiness and business continuity. The ideal candidate will have
managed both trading system development teams and back office operational teams previously at a senior
Complete oversight to tech networking, security infrastructure.
Lead the day-to-day management and operation of trading markets and settlement systems.
Ensure the scalability, reliability of a regulated trading venue with latency sensitive customers.
Further develop redundancy and business continuity plans.
Develop the cyber security robustness of company.
Responsible for managing all production and development hosted infrastructure.
Rollover redundancy, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
The trading stack is based on: Python services communicating over Redis, backed by PostgreSQL, with
a web UI in RoR and React. Exchange utilizes low latency bus architecture, FIX Messaging, data feeds,
Linux operating systems.
Proven experience as CIO or senior leadership role in an organization of 25 plus employees
Proven experience in trading systems development and development team
Excellent knowledge of technologies, IT systems and infrastructure
